Who we are
This site is operated by AH HA SHOPPING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 16886254, registered office 60 Tottenham Court Road, Fitzrovia, London W1T 2EW. You can reach us at hello@ahhashopping.co.uk.
Using this website
You may browse and order for your own personal use. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or copy our text, photographs, logo or brand name without our permission.
Products and descriptions
We describe each item as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative, and colours can look different on different screens. Sizes and measurements come from our suppliers and can vary slightly between items.
Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken on a secure checkout page provided by Shopify; we do not receive or store your card details.
If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before dispatch and you can confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
How a contract is formed
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. If an item is unavailable, we will tell you and refund any payment for it.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
See our delivery information and returns and refunds policy, which form part of these terms.
Our liability
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else where the law does not allow it. We are not liable for business losses, as we supply goods for private use.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
